We have a full home style kitchen available for your groups to use when you book. with most place settings for groups of 25 people. 

For the convenience of  those retreats that book us and do not want to spend their time cooking their meals, we offer the convenience of a local chef, who will tailor meals for your specific group. Below is a Sample Menu. If you have different choices and needs please let us know (in writing at least a week ahead of your booking and we will try to accommodate your needs )

Below are a few examples of meals that can be served for your group.   If you are looking for vegetarian friendly meals that can be arranged too.  Gluten free guests are requested to bring their own gluten free breads, cereals, tortillas etc, and we will work with it.  Guests with severe allergies please bring their own foods. We are unable to accommodate those.

Groups must
choose  one meal for the whole group.  Meals are served "Family Style"

Coffee, Tea, & Hot chocolate served with all our breakfast orders are $1.50/person with refills.

Orange Juice served only on order for your group with breakfast - $1.50/per

Beverages you can choose to be served with lunch and dinner-    $1.50/person

  1. Un Sweeted iced tea infused with fresh Lemon.
  2. Sugar Free Crystal lite, infused with fresh Lemon
  3. Hot Apple Cider infused with whole spices like Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom.

Baked Stuffed Mushrooms- $50.00
Sourdough bowl with spinach artichoke dip-$50.0
Crostini with toppings- $50.00
Party Platters ( Meat, Cheese, crackers and bread) - $ 50.00
Fruit and Vegetable  Platter - $50.00
Teriyaki meatballs - $50.00
 Beef and beans layered Dip with chips- $ 40.00
Smoked Salmon with cream cheese and crackers-$60.00

Hot Breakfast options $ 9.50/person  . 

Add Fresh Fruit Tray  to any meal for $2/person charged for whole group.

1.. Waffles with Strawberry,  whipped cream     

2.  Blue Berry  hot cakes served with Syrup  with  eggs and  sausage (or bacn)

3. Cooked Old fashioned Oats served with  dried fruits,  granola and brown sugar.

4. Egg Casserole with   ham  , vegetables, cheese , served with Toast

5. Old Country Breakfast -  Biscuits and Sausage  and Gravy

 6.  Harsh Brown  Potatoes, Eggs, Whole Grain Toast with Sausage

7.  Eggs Benedict with country fried potatoes.

8.  Egg Frittata  with Ham or Sausage and Vegetables, topped lightly with cheese and served with  Whole Grain Bread

9.  French Toast served with  peaches.    Add  Ham for $2.00/person

10. Country Benedict (egs on biscits, with sausae and gravy) served with country potatoes.

Some Options for your groups choice of Lunches - $9.50 /person.  

1. A  chefs Salad Bar served with Eggs and Diced Ham on the side  to be vegetarian friendly.

 2.  Soup and Side Salad  (Choice of  Chicken Soup or Clam Chowder or Split Pea soup, or Bean Soup)

3.   Chicken  or Vegetable  Pot  pie  with  side salad

4.   Salmon Burgers and Sweet Potatoe fries

5.   Garden vegetable burgers and oven baked fries.

6.   Hamburgers on the grill,  baked beans and potato chips.

7.    Turkey  sandwiches, with  soup

8.   Beef or chicken burrito  with Spanish rice

Dinner$11/person Add Side Salad for $1.00 additional

1. Over roasted chicken,  garlic mashed potatoes, a side of vegetables and  rolls

2.  Beef Pot Roast with, mashed potatoes and gravy, and Rolls

3.  Spaghetti with Homemade meat balls sauce,  garlic bread. 

4.    Baked Chicken casserole with rice or noodles.

5.   Pork chops, mashed potatoes,  and vegetables.

6.  A meat loaf dinner with mashed potatoes, a side of vegetables  and Rolls.

7.  Chicken fajitias  served with Spanish Rice and Refried Beans.

8.  Indian chicken Curry, cooked with potatoes and Peas,  simmered in coconut milk,  served with seasoned  rice ,

9.  (Spicy ) Indian Butter Chicken, Rice and Side of Vegetables.

Sea Food Dinner choices.  add salad for $1.00

  10.       Orange Jalepeno Shrimp with Broccoli and Brown rice    $12.00

11.  Indian Shrimp Curry served with seasoned rice  and Vegetable side dish.  $12.00

12   Baked Salmon  served over seasoned rice and a  side of vegetable. $14/person
