All Wedding bookings starts from 1 PM on the day
you check in.
- Overnight
accommodations at the lodge can be added to your
wedding booking to extend the booking to 1 night or 2 or
even 3 to include your
pre-wedding (Rehearsal dinners, and family stays) and
post wedding celebrations on the day after the wedding and
can be booked at the time of your wedding booking to
ensure availability.
- Bookings that include a Saturday will be need a 2
night minimum booking in the months of July, Aug and
September as these are our peak wedding months.
- Additional rooms can be booked thru
you for your guests to stay at the lodge.. these can be
billed directly to your guests. the room rates for these
bookings will be $110/night (dbl occ:) $15/additional
person/child in the room.
- Included for May thru Oct
weddings is a large 30x40 white wedding tent with
2 chandelier hanging lights set up over the 30 x 40 patio and ready for your use.
- Also included in your wedding booking is the use of
about 25-27 Tables, and about 125 chairs.

You are allowed to pick any off site caterer and other vendors of your
choice, giving you the chance to shop prices and services to fit your
budget.

All caterers must bring the food cooked from their catering
facility, and must clean up completely after the reception.
- After
the reception, please round up all your party garbage and
decorations.

Thou the facility is set on 10 acres
and has plenty of space we do not wish to host weddings
larger than about 125 people. If you have a guest
list of about 200 you will generally be ok. since about
60-70% of your guest list will actually come.
- Alcohol (including wine and beer) is permitted at your party,
if you bring with you a WA state Banquet Permit (available at Liquor Stores for $10/day). By order of the Liquor control board, without this permit, no alcohol will be allowed.
You can buy and bring beer kegs. Banquet permit
will be in your name and for your own private party use.

We
have a campfire area, 2 BBQ grills, horseshoe pit.
These may be used by you and your guests.

Professional Caterers will need to bring in their own
outdoor cooking grills and BBQs, or pay a $30 for use of
each BBQ Grill that belongs to the lodge. For the personal use
of the wedding party these grills are free to
use at the lodge..

Hot Tub is for overnight
guests only.
- Full hot Breakfasts for
your overnight guests can be
ordered for as low as $7/person. Orders and guest count must be received at least 1 week in
advance.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE THE LODGE OR ANY OF THE ROOMS. You are welcome to smoke outside on our deck.

Booking the Lodge:
A 25% Non-refundable booking deposit reserves your date for
you. Balance 25% due 4 months before and Final 50% due 2 months before event. $200 Security
Deposit is due with final payment.

Smaller Weddings that decide they want to cater their own
food..may be allowed with prior written permission from the lodge and additional
security deposits of an additional $30o.

Day only
Weddings -1 PM to
10 PM -2 available rooms during those hours for use as rest rooms and changing rooms.
Saturday wedding Bookings
for Summer (June thru Oct) will have a 2 night minimum.
Wedding Rates before May 31st
2011 and after Oct 15th 2011 are $300 off the below written
prices.
