Weddings at The Wallace Falls Lodge
THE VENUE
On nearly 10 acres and nestled in the scenic Cascade Foothills, The Wallace Falls Lodge is a picturesque and enchanting wedding venue. The sweeping green lawns, ceremonial arch and Cascade Mountain backdrop provide the perfect nuptial setting. The Lodge is a good fit if you seek an outdoor space with the flexibility to choose your own caterer and procure your own alcohol, coupled with the relaxation of staying onsite.
The Lodge grounds can accommodate roughly 115 guests for an outdoor ceremony as well as seated under our large white outdoor event tent (Spring/Summer/Fall). Rehearsal dinners and small indoor winter weddings (less than 50 guests) can take place inside the Carriage House, a beautiful log-cabin event space adjacent to The Lodge.

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Either 2 or 3-night’s vacation rental of The Wallace Falls Lodge, with 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and sleeping up to 27 guests.
Use of Carriage House for rehearsal dinner, staging area, or for celebrations with under 50 guests.
A 30 x 40 lighted reception tent with additional power source near by.*
Tent sides with windows available to use if the day’s weather requires it.*
(24) 6' rectangular banquet tables, (10) 5' round tables, and 125 white folding chairs.
Use of The Lodge’s 4 hand-crafted wood tables as a gift table, guest book table, cake staging, etc.
3 BBQ grills, one gas and two charcoal. One full propane tank and two bags of charcoal included with rental. Additional charcoal and propane to be supplied by wedding party or available for purchase.
Use of camp fire pit. Fire supplies included with rental. (In compliance with safe burn restrictions.)
PA/music system available to use with your own playlist of music.

Wedding Policies
Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 11AM. We do our best to accommodate early check-in and late check-out requests if availability permits. However, this is not something that can be guaranteed in advance.
You may pick any caterer or food truck to fit your budget and taste. Please note that all caterers and food trucks must be self contained. The Lodge kitchen is not suitable as a catering kitchen.
You may bring in your own wine, beer, and hard spirits with a $10/day banquet permit from WA State and a licensed bartender.
Copy of banquet permit and bartender details must be verified by The Wallace Falls Lodge prior to wedding group check-in.
DJ’s are permitted but amplified music must be turned off by 9:30PM in accordance with county ordinance.
The reception tent will be set up for you in advance of your arrival.
Set-up and break down of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the wedding party.
Grass and the environment must be protected at all times. Decorations that are damaging to the lawns are not permitted. Please be cautious of any small plastic decorations like table confetti and ensure that any used is completely gathered and properly disposed of following your event.

Welcome gift baskets: Would you like lovely, locally sourced gift baskets waiting for your guests in their rooms upon arrival? The Wallace Falls Lodge has a variety of great combinations to suit a range of budgets and tastes. Please inquire for details.
In-Lodge Pampering: Interested in having massages, facials, yoga, Pilates or meditation during your stay? The Wallace Falls Lodge works with a variety of excellent and highly trained practitioners for our Wellness Retreats and we are happy to organize the perfect relaxation schedule for your stay. Please inquire for specific pricing and availability.
Housekeeping: The Lodge functions as a vacation rental in which guests receive a clean Lodge upon check-in and cleaning staff does not return until after check-out. Mid-stay and/or daily housekeeping can be added.
Housekeeping Light, $100/day: This includes making beds and tidying bathrooms only. Sheets will only be changed upon request. This can be added on for as many or as few days as you like.
Kitchen Cleaning, $100/day: This includes doing all dishes and cleaning the kitchen, which can include dishes from the day before. This must be paid for daily or the fee will increase if there are several days dishes accumulated. For example, ever-other-day will be $200.
Check-out Process Opt-Out: As part of the check-out process, guests are to strip beds, load all dirty dishes into the dishwashers and run them, and remove all food from refrigerators. In a rush? You may opt out of these obligations for $250.
STAYING AT THE LODGE
Your wedding party can relax while staying onsite in the beautiful Wallace Falls Lodge. Our custom-built 10-bedroom log cabin features a large, well-furnished living room, dining room, kitchen and private bathrooms in each of its bedrooms. With 2-night and 3-night wedding packages, your wedding party can set-up and tear-down at their leisure. Wedding groups also look forward to unwinding in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful night sky. Finally, no wedding weekend is complete until the couple has carved their initials into the central log pillar inside The Lodge—something they can look forward to seeing as they return to make more memories in the years ahead.
